Our low voltage breakouts are an easily installed, light weight insulation for sealing the crutches of plastic, paper and rubber insulated cables up to 1 kV. At the same time, the pre-coated sealant melts and reliably seals the cable crutch against moisture and the environment. The heat-shrinkable feature also means smaller inventories, as each breakout size will shrink to fit several different sizes and types of cables.

Our heat shrinkable end caps are designed to provide mechanical protection and an environmental seal to power and telecommunication cable ends. Our end caps may also be installed on pipes or poles made of plastic, metal or wood and have an unlimited shelf life. When the caps are combined in a kit, the product becomes a live end seal kit capable of insulating energized power cables up to 1000V.

Our Repair sleeves are a fast and permanent cable repair and sealing system. The repair sleeve is quickly fitted in place by means of its rail and channel closure. A moisture-proof, insulating and tight-fitting repair is then obtained in one step by heating, which makes the sleeve diameter shrink and the sealant coating melt and flow into interstices. Because of its heat shrink ability, each repair sleeve size will fit several different cable diameters.

Our universal termination family for 7.2-36 kV networks incorporates heat shrinkable stress control technology. Applications include XLPE and PILC, 1-core, 3-core, armoured and unarmoured cables. Non-tracking tubing provides excellent environmental protection and can be used in combination with Insulated switchgear connection systems.

We supply a wide range of heat-shrinkable heavy-wall and medium-wall tubing for insulating and sealing power cables and accessories. In this tubing, the electrical and physical properties of a cable outer sheath material are combined with ruggedness and easy installation. The material used is halogen-free and UV resistant. The tubing’s high shrink ratio enables it to shrink and tightly fit a wide range of cable sizes and accessories.
